I’m Victor. I build technology businesses and explore how ideas change organisations, economies and lives.
This is a home for my work, my writing and the questions that keep me curious.
I started out designing chips and electronic circuits and working with radio and satellite communications. Since then, I’ve built networks, developed products and platforms, and led technology businesses. I’m still curious about how things work and how we can make them work better.
My interests extend to economic development, education and entrepreneurship. I’m interested in how people gain the knowledge, confidence and opportunity to build something of their own.

I believe human curiosity and ingenuity can change what is possible. Science and technology give us powerful ways to understand the world, solve difficult problems and improve people’s lives.
I believe progress grows when more people have the opportunity to contribute. Education opens those possibilities. Young people should have the chance to explore their interests, experiment with ideas and discover what they are capable of building.
I believe entrepreneurship is a powerful force for economic development. It turns ideas into useful products and services, creates opportunities for others and gives people a way to shape their own future.
Realising that potential takes imagination, sound judgement and sustained effort. It takes people willing to understand a problem deeply, work with others and stay committed through the difficult parts.
These beliefs connect my work in engineering, strategy and leadership with my interests in education and entrepreneurship. I want to build useful things, share what I learn and help others develop ideas worth pursuing.
